Class begins with basic Pilates and eases into an open level workout. Fun and challenging for both levels of experience.
Classic Pilates Mat. Start your week off right.
Get the inside “scoop.” This class will teach you the basics of Pilates breathing and exercises.
Feel good through the week. This class will give you energy and keep you fit.
Open Level lunch hour
Get the most your of your lunch hour. Enjoy a Pilates work out and stretch those tight back and shoulders.
Classes are 55 minutes. Schedule and instructor subject to change.
